501 Valvoline’s Oscar Quiroz wins Carrera Ciclista Cedral in Cozumel, Mexico

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: 501 Valvoline Cycling Team’s Oscar Quiroz won the 70-mile Cedral Cycling Race (Carrera Ciclista Cedral) in Cozumel, Mexico on Sunday.

501 placed three riders in the Top Five as Brandon Cattouse placed third and Joslyn Chavarria Jr finished in fifth place. Mexicans Allen Carrillo and Manuel Serrano were second and fourth respectively.

Another Belizean, G-Flow’s Henry Li, was sixth in the international race.

C-Town Racing Team’s Kent ‘Bob’ Gabourel was eighth and 501 Valvoline’s Derrick ‘Baby Chav’ Chavarria finished ninth.

Joshua Fuller and Mairon Muñoz also competed for 501 Valvoline.

Roque Matus was third in the Masters A 70-mile race.

Santino’s Santino Castillo was third in the 44-mile Masters C while C-Ray’s Ray Cattouse was fourth.
