By Aaron Humes: The Belize Police Department has circulated a wanted poster of an individual whom it says it wants to question “in an ongoing investigation.”

The person pictured appears to be dark-skinned, bearded, wearing a gray long-sleeved shirt and dark pants, and a hat. He appears to be in his 20s or 30s.
