High caliber ammunition found in Benque Viejo Town

By Aaron Humes: Police removed a major stash of high-powered ammunition from the westernmost town of Benque Viejo on Friday.

Around 10:15 in the evening, police on mobile patrol in the Santa Cruz section of the town recovered a yellow plastic bag from behind a tree.

The bag was found to contain 207 rifle rounds of ammunition (.223) which has been labeled and deposited as found property.
