Belize Men’s National Team to play four of six Concacaf Nations League games in June

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Football Federation of Belize (FFB) is activating the Belize Men’s National Team (BMNT) on Wednesday, May 25, for four Concacaf National League games in June.

The BMNT is in Group D along with the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, and French Guiana in Concacaf League B.

Action starts on Thursday, June 2, against the Dominican Republic. The game is scheduled for 4:00 pm at the FFB Stadium in Belmopan.

Immediately after that game the BMNT will travel to Guatemala to take on that country’s National Team at 1:00 pm on Sunday at the Doroteo Guamuch Flores Stadium in Guatemala City.

The third game will be against French Guiana at 4:00 pm on Thursday, June 9 at the FFB Stadium.

The final match this year will be against French Guiana on Tuesday, June 14 at the Dr. Edmard Lama Municipal Stadium in Cayenne, French Guiana.

The remaining two matches will be played in March 2023.

On Friday, March 24, Belize will host Guatemala at 4:00 pm at the FFB Stadium.

The final match will be against the Dominican Republic on Monday, March 27 at the Félix Sánchez Olympic Stadium in Santo Domingo.
