Gas salesman robbed at home in Bella Vista

By Aaron Humes: Police are looking for a named suspect as part of their investigations into the robbery of a gas salesman in Bella Vista, Toledo District on Monday night.

According to Juan Ramon Ochoa, around 8:30 in the evening he arrived home in the Lucas Gas truck and as he was entering his house, three men came at him.

Ochoa told police that one of the men, in a blue t-shirt and cargo pants with bushy short hair and wearing a black cap pointed what appeared to be a firearm to the right side of his head, while a second Hispanic man gripped the front of his neck and choked him, and the third man stole $1,500 from his right pants pocket.

Ochoa tried to struggle with the men but they knocked him down and escaped, leaving behind the plastic gun and the cap.

Police investigations continue.
