BREAKING: Man shot in Belize City

By Benjamin Flowers: A man was shot in Belize City a short while ago.

Authorities say that the victim is a 21-year-old resident of Arlington Drive. The incident occurred on Central American Boulevard in the vicinity of 88 Shopping Center.

The victim was shot to the upper right thigh near the groin. Medical personnel were called and have been administering emergency care.
