Belize City shooting victim, 29-year-old Evan Cain, critical at the KHMH

By Benjamin Flowers: The man shot in Belize City earlier this evening has been identified as 29-year-old Evan Cain.

Police say that Cain was walking on Jasmine street around 5:25 p.m. when he heard a bang and realized that he had been shot.

Cain was taken to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital where he was treated for gunshot wounds to the body.

He is listed in critical but stable condition.

Police investigations continue.
