By Aaron Humes: For the second consecutive Friday, a Belize City landmark has had to be evacuated due to a bomb threat. And for the second consecutive Friday, it came to nothing.
The Belize City Council has announced that City Hall at the Commercial Center is reopened for business after Police and the Belize Defence Force gave the all-clear.
The Council has apologized for any inconvenience caused and thanked residents for their cooperation.
Last week, the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital (KHMH) had to be evacuated under similar circumstances, only for investigators to find nothing.
