National Champs Jewel Fury visit San Pedro Pirates on Saturday

The National Champs Jewel Fury visit San Pedro Pirates on Saturday in the National Amateur Women’s League A.

The two will play at 4:00 pm at the Ambergris Stadium in San Pedro.

Jewel Fury is riding atop a winning wave dumping their last three opponents after a rocky start. They now lead the NAWL A with ten points from five games.

San Pedro for their part finds themselves in the fifth position from two wins, a draw, and two losses with seven points.

At home, the Pirates have quite a bit of support and they will surely be counting on that to overcome the champs.

A win keeps Fury ahead of Sagitun GIRLZ (9) and Rumberas (7) who also face each other on Saturday. The Pirates can move up if they win.
