Fair and warm weather will prevail according to the National Meteorological Service.
In the 24-hour forecast, skies will be sunny with cloudy spells and partly cloudy tonight. Showers, if any, will be isolated.
High temperatures will reach 88 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 97 degrees inland and 84 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures are 81 degrees along the coast; 74 degrees inland and 68 degrees in the hills. A heat alert is in effect. Residents, especially those living inland, are advised to stay hydrated and avoid outdoor activities during the daytime as much as possible.
Winds will be easterly to southeasterly at 10 to 20 knots and gusty. The sea will be rough with waves of six to nine feet. A small craft warning is in effect for strong gusty winds and rough seas.
Tides will be low at 8:57 this morning and 10:39 this evening and high at 3:11 this afternoon. Sunset is at 6:20 this evening and sunrise on Monday morning at 5:18
The weather continues fair and warm on Monday with only isolated showers.
