A moderate east to southeasterly airflow will prevail over the area according to the National Meteorological Service.
Skies today will be sunny with a few cloudy spells today and partly cloudy to cloudy tonight. A few showers and isolated thunderstorms will occur over inland areas this afternoon and mainly over the south tonight. Otherwise, showers will be isolated.
High temperatures are 88 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 92 degrees in inland areas and 76 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures are 81 degrees along the coast; 76 degrees inland and 68 degrees in the hills.
Winds are from the east to southeast at 10 to 20 knots. The sea will be moderate to rough with waves of four to seven feet. Operators of small crafts are advised to exercise caution for locally rough seas at times.
Tides will be high at 10:54 this morning and low at 6:36 this evening. Sunset occurs at 6:17 this evening and sunrise on Thursday will be at 5:17.
Outlook for Thursday and Thursday night is for a few showers and isolated thunderstorms developing around the country during the day and then mostly over the south during the night.
