Relatively moist and unstable conditions prevail over the area according to the National Meteorological Service.
Skies will be cloudy in spells with a few showers and isolated thunderstorms mostly over the south this morning and tonight.
High temperatures are 84 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 88 degrees over inland areas; and 80 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures are 80 degrees along the coast; 74 degrees inland and 68 degrees in the hills.
Winds are from the east to southeast at 10 to 20 knots. The sea will be moderate to rough with waves of four to seven feet. A small craft caution is in effect for gusty winds and locally rough seas.
Tides will be high at 7:12 this morning and 8:11 this evening and low at 2:04 this afternoon. Sunset today is at 6:21 this evening and sunrise on Friday at 5:17 in the morning.
Friday and Friday night bring cloudy spells with a few showers and isolated thunderstorms, mainly over coastal and offshore locations.
