Belizean man missing in Chetumal, Quintana Roo

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: Authorities in neighboring Chetumal, Quintana Roo have issued a missing person bulletin for Belizean Johan Elias Friesen,51.

Friesen was last seen in Chetumal on May 22 and reportedly resides in Northern Belize.

On Wednesday, some local Belizean news outlets had reported that Friesen had been shot and killed in Chetumal. However, the bulletin issued yesterday lists Friesen as missing.

Friesen has a scar on his right arm and a tattoo on his right forearm.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact the nearest police station.
