Food trucks serving delicious Central American cuisine wrap up tour in Taiwan

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: Four food trucks that were serving delicious Central American food from 3 of Taiwan’s Central American allies wrapped up their tour in Taipei on Sunday.   

The food tour reportedly lasted 9 weeks.  

Residents in Taiwan had the opportunity to enjoy the food and culture of Belize, Honduras, and Guatemala.  

The trucks reportedly visited 66 locations over the last 9 weeks. In addition, students from Belize, Honduras, and Guatemala performed traditional dances at Taipei Children’s amusement park.   

The Central American Trade Company (CATO) noted that this promotes trade and tourism between Taiwan and its allies.
