Santa Elena Strikers host Wagiya SC United in San Ignacio today Sunday in NAWL B

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Santa Elena Strikers play against Dangriga’s Wagiya SC United in the National Amateur Women’s League (NAWL) B on Sunday in San Ignacio.

The FFB Competitions Director Martin Vasquez said the field has been checked and everything is set for the game scheduled for 3:00 pm today at the Norman Broaster Stadium.

The other Sunday match between the Sagitun GIRLZ and the San Pedro Pirates at the Michael Ashcroft Stadium in Independence was postponed because of the poor condition of the field after the heavy rains and the Rumberas game on Saturday.

Currently, the Santa Elena Strikers are in fourth place with three points while Wagiya are in third with six.
