University of Belize advises students not to fall for scammers asking for money to take exam

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The University of Belize is advising its students not to fall prey to scammers asking for money to take an exam.

“The University’s management wishes to advise its students that there have been efforts made by individual/s unknown, texting students to visit the Belmopan Campus with monies to be able to participate in an entrance exam,” said the University of Belize in a notice to students.

“The university advises that this is NOT part of its enrollment protocol process and as such, students should not comply with those requests.”

UB advised its student to forward any such mail or text messages to [email protected].
