Moist and unstable conditions continue to linger over the country according to the National Meteorological Service.
For the next 24 hours, skies today will be cloudy with a few sunny breaks. Showers will be isolated this morning, then expect a few showers and thunderstorms to develop mainly over northern and inland areas this afternoon. Tonight, skies will be cloudy. A few showers and isolated thunderstorms will develop mainly along coastal and northern areas.
High temperatures will be 86 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 92 degrees in inland areas and 80 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures are 76 degrees along the coast; 72 degrees inland and 66 degrees in the hills.
Winds are from the west to northwest at five to 10 knots. The sea will be moderate with waves of four to six feet. A flood watch remains in effect for the possibility of localized flooding over low-lying and flood prone areas across the country.
Tides will be high at 10:27 this morning and low at 6:09 this evening. The sun sets this evening at 6:23 and rises at 5:17 Thursday morning.
The outlook for Thursday thru to Thursday night is for cloudy spells with a few showers and isolated thunderstorms developing mainly along the coastal areas.
