Ministry of Health and Wellness looking to hire 14 staff nurses

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Ministry of Health & Wellness (MOHW) announced on Wednesday that it is looking to hire 14 Staff Nurses at four locations in the country.

The Ministry said it needs the services of five staff nurses level three (registered nurses) at the Corozal Community Hospital in Corozal Town, five at the Northern Regional Hospital in Orange Walk Town, four at the San Pedro Otto Rodriguez in San Pedro Ambergris Caye, and four at the Central Health Region in Belize City.

The MOHW said these are permanent positions for registered nurses and that there is no deadline to apply but encourages nurses to apply as soon as possible.

“Interested persons can send resumes and supporting documents to the Ministry for review and consideration,” said the MOHW.

The resume and supporting document should be sent to [email protected] or may be dropped off at the Ministry of Health and Wellness and addressed to Ms. Lizet Bell, Chief Nursing Officer at the Ministry of Health and Wellness.
