RCCbpo pays tribute to employees on its 17th anniversary

By Aaron Humes: Belize’s pioneer business process outsourcing (BPO) firm, RCCbpo (originally Ready Call Center) is marking its 17th anniversary.

It started in 2005 in Belize City and has grown to have six offices around the country, employing more than 2,000 persons in its existence.

RCCbpo provides outside customer service and other products through highly trained and efficient staff.

Executive Vice President David Long expressed the company’s “sincere appreciation” to their staff for their loyal support in communication this week. He noted, “…the original team could hardly foresee our growth to an international company with a staff of 2000 and growing within 17 years. We could not have come this far without the loyal support and hard work of each member of the RCCbpo FAM.”

Long announced that RCCbpo is building another office that will be under construction very soon.

As for staff, there will be an event planned at a date, time, venue and activities to be announced.

In the meantime, Long concluded, “Cheers to another 17 years!”
