Panama beat Costa Rica 2-0 in Concacaf Nations League A, plus all scores

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Panama defeated Costa Rica 2-0 at the Rommel Fernández Stadium in Panama City at the start of the Concacaf Nations League on Thursday.

Ismael Díaz in the 52′ and Cecilio Waterman in the 76′ gave Panama the 2-0 win at home.

That was the only League A game on Thursday.

Elsewhere in the Concacaf Nations League, in League B’s D Group, the Dominican Republic beat Belize 2-0 in Belmopan while French Guiana downed Guatemala 2-0 in Cayenne, French Guiana,

In League B’s Group A, Antigua and Barbuda playing as visitors edged Barbados 1-0 at St Vincent and the Grenadines while Guadeloupe playing as hosts shocked Cuba 2-1 in Puerto Rico.

In League C’s Group C, Anguilla and Dominica drew 0-0 at St. Kitts & Nevis.
