Honduras beat Curaçao 1-0 in Concacaf Nations League A

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Concacaf Nations League continued on Friday with seven games: one in League A, two in League B, and four in League C.

In League A’s Group C, Honduras beat Curaçao 1-0 today at the Ergilio Hato Stadium in Willemstad, Curaçao. Jose Mario Pinto scored the game’s only goal.

League B features two Group C matches: the Bahamas edged St Vincent and the Grenadines 1-0 in Nassau and Nicaragua doubled up 2-1 over Trinidad and Tobago at the Estadio Nacional de Fútbol in Managua.

In League C, Saint Martin and Aruba played to a 0-0 stalemate at Anguilla in Group B while the British Virgin Islands tied 1-1 at Road Town against Cayman Islands in Group D.

Group A had two games. Sint Maarten tied 1-1 with the US Virgin Islands at the Stadion Rignaal Jean Francisca at Willemstad in Curaçao while Turks and Caicos Islands fell 1-4 against Bonaire at home at Providenciales.
