San Pedro Pirates host Rumberas on Saturday in San Pedro in NAWL A

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The San Pedro Pirates are hosting National Amateur Women’s League A sub champions Rumberas on Saturday at Ambergris Stadium in San Pedro.

The match is set for 3:00 pm.

Rumberas secured the second position with their 3-1 win over the Verdes Rebels last Saturday. They now have 11 points from six matches in the national championship.

The San Pedro Pirates have seven points from six games and find themselves in the fourth position at the moment.

This is a good opportunity for the Pirates to move up in the standings, but Rumberas are not only intent on retaining the second spot, they are aiming to get past Jewel Fury who lead the NAWL A with 13 points.
