By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Coach David Pérez has made five changes to the Belize lineup that faces Guatemala at 1:00 pm at the Doroteo Guamuch Flores Stadium in Guatemala City in the Concacaf Nations League.
Jose Urbina is on instead of Norman Anderson in defence.
In the middle, Darrell Myvett and Nana Mensah are in; Tony Rocha (injury) and Jouvaunn Ramos are out.
Up front, Carlos Bernárdez will start instead of Horace Avila.
Today’s complete lineup is as follows: Charles Tillett in goal; Jose Urbina, Eugene Martinez, DeShawon Nembhard, and Everal Trapp in defence; Darrell Myvett, Nana Mensah, Angelo Capello, and Krisean Lopez in the midfield; and Deon McCaulay and Carlos Bernárdez as forwards.
The official lineup has Capello and Lopez as forwards which means that Belize is intending to be offensive against Guatemala. Pérez intends to use them on the wings to provide for McCaulay and Bernárdez.
On the bench: goalkeepers Isaac Castillo and Earl Dyck; defenders Aaron Lopez, Norman Anderson, and Donell Arzu; midfielders Horace Avila, Jovaunn Ramos, Warren Moss, Tony Rocha, Eldon Reneau, and Luis Torres; and forward Jesse August.
