By Aaron Humes: While she remains a free woman at the moment, Jasmine Hartin is still very much in Police crosshairs for threatening, allegedly, the man at the very top.
The Commissioner of Police Chester Williams confirmed today that he has received a number of “seriously disturbing” messages directly from Hartin, who had somehow gotten ahold of his private cell phone number, even before she was questioned a few days ago over alleged specific threats she made against his life and that of a Magistrate.
Hartin denies making the threats, saying the accuser is someone who broke her trust and mistreated her.
But the Commissioner says the matter is still being investigated.
Hartin is scheduled to appear next week in the Belize City Supreme Court on the charge of manslaughter by negligence in the death of Senior Superintendent of Police Henry Jemmott last May.
