Prime Minister John Briceño to hold press briefing today

By Aaron Humes: Prime Minister John Briceño is hosting the press this afternoon in Belize City.

In what has been described as the first formal press conference of his premiership, the listed topics will be primarily concerning foreign affairs, not domestic. The P.M. will be joined by Minister of Foreign Affairs, Eamon Courtenay, to discuss the recently held Summit of the Americas, the P.M.’s upcoming travel and handing over of the CARICOM Chairmanship.

We will have reports as they happen from the Edward Laing Building starting at 1:30 this afternoon.
