Mexico Authorities: More than 300 migrants from 14 nations found crammed inside a trailer truck

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: Mexican authorities have reportedly discovered a freight container truck with over 300 migrants from 14 different countries.

The truck was found parked on the roadside in the southern part of Chiapas, near the border with Guatemala.

Mexico’s National Immigration institute noted that 377 migrants were inside the truck.

Some of the migrants were from  Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Yemen, Uzbekistan, and South Africa. 

Latin Americans from Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, El Salvador, and Venezuela were also inside the freight container.

The authorities have not disclosed what actions were taken after the migrants were found.
