Tourism Board hosts press at Caye Caulker, Blue Hole, Half-moon Caye for familiarization tour

By Aaron Humes: Compared to Ambergris Caye and Placencia it may not get as much press, but Caye Caulker has become just as beloved a tourist attraction.

Beginning today, members of the press will be traveling to the island, not only for relaxation, but to report on its attractions and the tourists’ attraction to “La Isla Carinosa.”

The Belize Tourism Board (BTB) plays host, with highlights including visits to the Great Blue Hole and Half Moon Caye as well as interactions with Caye Caulker residents.
