Facebook experiences problems in some countries

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Facebook has been experiencing some problems on Monday in some countries, reported Down Detector, according to British tabloid The Sun.

The Sun reported that though the problem didn’t appear widespread, several users in non-English language speaking countries complained on other social networks of the problems they were having with Facebook.

Screenshots suggest that affected users are presented with a strange “unexpected error” message when they attempt to login.

“Login error: an unexpected error occurred,” read screenshots posted by users.

According to The Sun, the Down Detector site reported a spike in reported Facebook issues at about 8 am UK time (midnight in Belize). The problem reportedly spiked at about midday (4:00 am Belize) and continued being above normal, said the report.
