By BBN Staff: A 68-year-old man is now awaiting sentencing after being convicted of four counts of unlawful sex with a 12-year-old girl.
The minor, who is now 15, testified at the trial that Wayne Reynolds had sex with her on four occasions in July of 2019.
Reynolds denied the accusation, saying that the girl did come to his house but he sent her away. The prosecution called six witnesses, the girl, her mother, and four police witnesses.
His sentencing hearing is set for July 18.
