Police still looking into cause of Jah Mundo Restaurant fire

By Aaron Humes: Investigations continue into the fire that destroyed Jah Mundo Restaurant and Bar in the Finca Solana section of Corozal Town.

The fire was first noticed around 5:25 p.m. Tuesday by a worker in one of two cement buildings with thatch roofing measuring 36 by 24 feet and 10 by 10 feet respectively. The fire spread to two palapas and eventually the entire complex caught ablaze.

The total value of the damages is yet to be determined, according to police.
