Potential Officer Cadets came to Price Barracks, Ladyville, for the official examination that promised to test them physically and mentally in their ambition to become leaders of the national army.
The successful candidates, the Force said, have completed their “first step in their journey to become future leaders of the BDF. The mission will be tough but the BDF will train and equip them to be leaders of men and women of the BDF.
The Force was formed in 1978 and is currently at capacity of more than 1,600 members with a further 850 in the reserves.
