By Aaron Humes: The Ministry of Health and Wellness has reported fewer than one thousand active cases of COVID-19 entering the last week of June, including the 273 new cases reported over the weekend.
There are now 948 active cases but no corresponding figure for recoveries has been given.

The number of persons hospitalized stands at four and no new deaths were reported.
The new cases include 117 across the Belize District (82 in Belize City, 10 in Ladyville, nine in Hattieville and seven in San Pedro Town); 63 in Cayo District (27 in Belmopan, 15 in San Ignacio/Santa Elena); 29 in Toledo District including 13 in Punta Gorda; 26 in Stann Creek District including nine in Independence and five in Dangriga; 23 in Orange Walk District including 14 in Orange Walk Town and 15 in Corozal District including nine in Corozal Town.
