By BBN Staff: A Belize City man is out on bail after being charged with injuring a woman and smashing the windshield of her car.
Luis Kerr, 30, appeared in the Belize City Magistrate’s Court on Monday, where he was read one count each of wounding and damage to property.
The alleged incident occurred on June 5.
In court, Kerr pleaded not guilty and since there was no objection to bail, it was granted to him in the sum of $1,500 plus one surety of the same.
He is due back in court on August 26.
