Belize Audubon Society expresses condolences to family of Israel Manzanero Sr

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Belize Audubon Society’s Board of Directors and Staff expressed condolences to family of Israel Manzanero Sr. on his passing.

“Mr. Manza will be deeply missed by all his colleagues and the extended BAS family,” said the Belize Audubon Society.

The BAS said that though Manzanero retired in 2014, he is remembered as “a humble man who loved nature, birding and sharing his knowledge with others”.

“We thank him for his dedicated 20 years of service to the Society and the conservation Society.”
