By BBN Staff: Moist and unstable conditions are setting in according to the National Meteorological Service.
Skies today will be cloudy at times, with a few showers, periods of rain and isolated thunderstorms countrywide in the daytime and over the south tonight.
High temperatures will be 87 degrees along the coast; 92 degrees inland and 81 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures will be 78 degrees along the coast; 72 degrees inland and 68 degrees in the hills.
Winds are easterly to northeasterly at five to 15 knots. The sea conditions will be moderate to rough with waves of five to seven feet. A small craft caution is in effect for large waves in easterly swells.
Tides will be high at 11:33 this morning and low at 7:06 this evening.
The sun will set at 6:31 this evening and rises at 5:22 Sunday morning.
Continued showery activity with isolated thunderstorms along the coast and over the south should be expected on Sunday.
