COVID-19 update: Numbers remain stable

By Aaron Humes: Over the last two days, more than 400 new cases of COVID-19 have been recorded; however the number of active cases remains at 836.

The Ministry of Health and Wellness also reports that the number of persons hospitalized with the virus is down to four at present.

The tally of 206 new cases today includes 83 in Belize District (including 68 in Belize City); 37 in the Cayo District; 47 between the northern districts of Corozal and Orange Walk; and 39 between the southern districts of Stann Creek and Toledo.
