Orange Walk man shot on Sunday night

By Aaron Humes: An Orange Walk Town man is in stable condition at the Northern Regional Hospital following a shooting incident on Sunday night.

29-year-old Dominique Franklin was driving his Nissan Altima on Stadium Street. Upon reaching the Sugar City Radio Station building he saw a man coming from behind a parked vehicle on the left-hand side.

This man approached him on the driver’s side of his vehicle and fired once with a hand gun, injuring his left shoulder.

Police investigations continue.
