By BBN Staff: A moderate east to southeasterly airflow prevails according to the National Meteorological Service.
Skies today will be sunny with a few cloudy spells and partly cloudy tonight. Showers or thunderstorms will be generally isolated except for a few more over central areas today and over the south tonight.
High temperatures will be 88 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 92 degrees over inland areas; and 80 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures are 82 degrees along the coast; 75 degrees inland and 69 degrees in the hills.
Winds are easterly to southeasterly at 10 to 20 knots and gusty. The seas will be choppy to rough with waves of three to seven feet. A small craft caution will likely go into effect for tonight.
Tides will be low at 3:43 this afternoon then high at 10:05 this evening.
The sun sets at 6:31 this evening and rises at 5:25 Wednesday morning.
A similar trend in weather conditions is expected for Wednesday and Wednesday night.
