Husband charged for attempted murder for knocking wife and another man off a motorcycle with his vehicle

By BBN Staff: A man has been charged with serious offenses for deliberately hitting two people on a motorcycle with his vehicle; one of them was his wife.

The incident happened in the Teakettle area of the Cayo District, around 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 12.

Alex Quijano reportedly followed his wife and saw her hitch a ride with Jason Francis.

Quijano then changed lanes and crashed into them causing serious injuries to his wife, while Francis managed to escape with minor abrasions.

Quijano has since been charged with Attempted Murder, Use of Deadly Means of Harm, and Dangerous Harm.
