Man on bail after charge of harming mother of his kids; claims she is denying him visitation rights

Posted: Friday, July 15, 2022. 3:31 pm CST.

By BBN Staff: Cesar Michael Solano, a bus driver of Lord’s Bank, was granted bail following a charge of harm against the mother of his children.

Solano appeared before Senior Magistrate Tricia Pitts-Anderson and was read a single charge of harm over an incident on July 11. In court, Solano was quite emotional telling the court that he had become frustrated because he was being denied the right to see his children by their mother.

The Magistrate explained to him that his matter must be addressed by the Family Court. He entered a not guilty plea to the charge of harm and was granted bail in the sum of $1,000 plus one surety of the same which he met. He was granted bail with the condition that he must not contact the mother of his children in any form or visit her or any of her family members.
