Man shot to the testicles in Hattieville double shooting this morning

By Benjamin Flowers: A man is seriously injured after he was shot to the testicles this morning in a double shooting in Hattieville that also left a woman injured.

Reports are that around 5:15 a.m. Hattiville police visited the Bainsville area where they found 22-year-old Rasheed Maskall and 23-year-old Latifa Ferguson with gunshot wounds.

Maskall was reportedly shot the testicles, while Ferguson received a shot to the left big toe.

Investigations revealed that the two were in bed sleeping when they heard gunshots firing, and then realized they had been shot.

They were taken via private vehicle to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital for treatment.

Police are investigating.
