4.2 magnitude quake strikes off coast of El Salvador

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: The U.S. Geological Survey said that a 4.2 magnitude earthquake struck just off the coast of El Salvador on Saturday night after 7 pm.

Some residents reported feeling tremors in the capital, San Salvador, Reuters report.

Authorities say that there were no major damages and no deaths were reported.
