Ladyville Village Council, Methodist Church to offer free eye clinics starting Thursday

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Ladyville Village Council and the Methodist Church in the Caribbean and the Americas are offering free eye care through optical clinics to be held at the Ladyville Community Center.

According to a post by Ladyville chairman Bernardo Bennett, the clinics will be held from Thursday, July 21, to Saturday, July 23, Monday, July 25, and Tuesday, July 26. The clinics will be held from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm for the first four days and on Tuesday, from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm.

Patients will receive basic eye examinations, prescription glasses ‘as needed’, and sunglasses for all.

On Wednesday, the Ladyville Village Council was getting the Community Center ready for the eye clinics.
