Man robbed at gunpoint while getting a tattoo

By Benjamin Flowers: A Lord’s Bank man was robbed at gunpoint last night, while he was in the process of getting a tattoo.

Thirty-five-year-old Clement Martinez, told police he was in Belize City at his tattoo artist on Banak Street, when he heard the sound of a gun being cocked.

He looked up to find his tattoo artist with both hands in the air and two men entering the building.

Martinez was robbed of cash, a cell phone and jewelry to a total value of $2,140, then the men ran off.

Police are investigating.
