By BBN Staff: One by one, most of RCCbpo’s over 2,000 employees from all over Belize filed into Caribbean Motors on Saturday night in Belize City to celebrate the 17th anniversary of the first BPO to be founded in Belize.
With a line that stretched from door to highway side at one point and taking nearly 2 hours to check and let in all guests, the evening featured entertainment with DJ Khris Rosado, the musical stylings of the TLC band, food, drinks and a night of fun. Most of the company’s employees from across the districts showed up to celebrate even as some continued the night shift.
Executive Vice President, David Long, spoke on the company’s commitment to growth in Belize on the occasion of their momentous milestone. With that, he shared exciting news with Breaking Belize News (BBN), that RCCbpo will be breaking ground soon on two new buildings, one in Orange Walk and the other in San Ignacio, creating new employment opportunities in two of Belize’s growing municipalities.
Even more ambitious, RCCbpo intends to expand its business internationally in the next year. This would then present opportunities for existing senior staff to take up roles at international branches as the company, which is already one of the country’s largest employers, looks to expand its horizons even further.
BBN was honored to join in on the celebration and congratulates RCCbpo on its incredible milestone!
