Belize City Council to conduct car inspections for new license renewals on Saturday

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: If you’re renewing your car license before the month is over, you can pay online and get your vehicle inspected on Saturday, said the Belize City Council.

In a notice posted on social media, the Belize City Council said its Traffic Department Inspection site will be open on Saturday morning from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

The Belize City Council said this move is being done to accommodate the inspection of vehicles and online renewal of vehicle licenses.

The City Council said a Special Constable Training and Swearing-Ceremony scheduled for Friday, July 29, has made the measure necessary.

Regular working hours will resume on Tuesday, August 2.
