By BBN Staff: The National Meteorological Service forecasts sunny skies today with cloudy intervals and partly cloudy skies tonight. Showers and thunderstorms will continue to develop mainly along coastal areas this morning, decreasing by afternoon, before redeveloping tonight, mostly over the south.
High temperatures today will reach 88 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 92 degrees in inland areas and 82 degrees in the hills. Tonight, temperatures fall to 80 degrees along the coast; 74 degrees inland and 68 degrees in the hills.
Winds are easterly at five to 15 knots. The seas will be choppy with waves of three to five feet.
High tide occurred at 8:46 this morning and is expected this evening at 10:21, while a low tide is scheduled for 4:23 this afternoon. The sun will set this evening at 6:27 and rise at half past five on Thursday morning.
Thursday brings partly cloudy skies with morning showers or thunderstorms mainly in the south but isolated elsewhere.
