By Aaron Humes: San Pedro never needs an excuse to party – but they’ve got one this weekend as inaugural hosts of the Belize International Music and Food Festival.
The Saca Chispas Field is currently hosting the “pre-party” with lots of food from across the country. It started at 11 a.m. and will end at 3 p.m.
The music follows starting at 5 p.m. as Grammy Award winner Koffee headlines two days of performances from Belizean and international musicians.
The festival is being held under the theme “Savour the Rhythm” and is proudly sponsored by the Belize Tourism Board (BTB) and others.
