Belize need to bring back the death penalty for convicted murders. Belize need to make changes in the way convicted felons are being sentence. The people of Belize need to demand changes and hold their elected members to their promises and he they don’t then they should recall them. This is the only way that the Belizean citizens will have peace in Belize.
