BREAKING: 19-year-old man shot in Belize City

By Aaron Humes: Breaking Belize News (BBN) has received reports that a Belize City man was shot earlier tonight.

According to sources, one Naheim Anthony Belgrave, 19, of Raccoon Street Extension was seen with two apparent gunshot wounds to his back.

The incident is said to have taken place on Kelly Street.

We are told police responded to a shooting where residents reported that they heard two loud bangs and found one person, identified as Belgrave, injured.

He has since been taken to the hospital for treatment and police have begun an investigation.
